The latest X-PLOR 3.1 installation files for all classes of SGI computers (including
R8000s), Hewlett-Packard 7xx computers, and DEC alpha OSF computers are
available through our anonymous FTP server.

or through anonymous FTP from xplor.csb.yale.edu.
Dec is still working on the VMS port. I'll keep you posted.
