Hi,
Does anyone has experience of structural refinement using low
temperature data? I try to refine my protein structure with low temperature
data, but the r value is about 0.3, which can't go down further without B-value
refinement.
maybe you could give me a good recommend about the strategy of
refinement. I am still curious to the reason why the better data works worse.
Does the error come from data processing?
Recently, A lot of x-ray machinces were installed with low-temperature
device. I though how to deal with low temperature data is very important and
serious topics.
