Thanks to Peter Metcalf and Jiansheng Jiang for pointing out something
that I should have checked anyway - the pdbsubmission macro exludes
hydrogens, while our earlier xplor file did not. I was just looking at
the wrong part of the "submit.log" for the atoms selection list.
