systematic modifications

Hello,

I have a PDB file of a protein of 62 residues.  I wish to 
systematically modify each phi and psi one at a time by a 
fixed amount, say 90 degrees.  I could do this with SYBYL, but
that would be rather tedious, so I was wondering if there
would be a simple way to do this with X-PLOR.  Any ideas?
