A few suggestions... You say you have a peak from a rotation function with value 0.22. How tall is this peak in terms of sigma levels above the mean? Did you look at a map of the entire RF to make sure that this peak stands out above the noise of the map? Finally, I'd do Patterson correlation refinement. Jack Tanner
