Hi
I am trying to solve a str in C2 spce group
by Molecular replacement method using XPLOR
The rotation function peak is unique
with a value of .22.
when i give the corresponding set
of Euler angles and do a translation
i don't get a good correlation.
The model I used from the pdb is
another crystal form of the same protein.
Please help
