problem using @TOPPAR:charmm22/toph22.pep

Hi,

	Check that you have the CTER patch in the toph22.pep.
	It should have a line like LAST CTER HEAD - * END; that add additional
	torsion angles for the last residue of a peptide chain regardless
	of the nature of that residue.
