sgitime_rxxxx.s request

Use the same sgitime.s for all platforms. Take care that you
compile in 32-bit mode all the time. There is no benefit at all
when compiling in 64-bit mode. I.e., you do not even really need
sgitime_r8000.s. sgitime_rxxxx.s other than r8000 did never
exist.
