Dear xplorers,
we have a problem.
we are trying to generate a template for a peptide which
includes D amino acids. to do this we used a presidue command
(LTOD) which simply swiched impropers to the correct chirality.
yet our resulting template shows only 1 out of 2 modifications
(L to D). Our .psf file seems to contain correct chirality.
