Dear x-plor users,
I have finished the 3-D structure of a peptide with disulfide bridges.I knew from a paper that the disulfide bridge have two kind of conformations.Could any one tell me what is the defination
of the two kind of conformations of disulfide bridges?So,I can determine from the .pdb file which
conformation every disulfide bridge takes up.
