Hi All!
I have been attempting to obtain a structure of a DNA duplex
using torsion angle dynamics (TAD). With a fair bit of work, I have
been able to get some reasonable structures, but like the
original paper by Stein et al., the success rate is low.
Considering the lack of long-range restraints, this does
not surprise me, but I would be interested to hear if others
have tried TAD with DNA and what their experiences have been.
BTW, we have also used TAD on proteins with great success!
Cheers,
Barry
