Hi Mark,
we have recently found two non-proline cis peptide
bonds in coagulation factor XIII. One is close to the
active site (Arg-Tyr) and the other one is at the
dimerization interface of the homodimer (Gln-Phe).
Sequence comparisons suggest that these are
conserved. See our paper in FEBS Lett. 423, 291-296 (1998).
