Hi All!
Can anybody tell me the true story about the hydrogens generation in
XPLOR 3.85???? In the tutorial script for GENERATE it says:
{set hydrogen flag: must be TRUE for NMR, atomic reolution X-ray
crystallography or modelling. Set the FALSE for most X-ray
crystallography applications at resolution > 1 A}
And the flag set to FALSE (i.e. no hydrogens) but the resolution used in
the refinement - 2.0 A. I am a little bit confused.
