Sorry if this sounds like a why-oh-why question, but I think I have a
valid point.
Why-oh-why doesn't CNS keep the Chain ID's used by CCP4 programs when it
writes out a new pdb file; and why-oh-why doesn't O write out the SEGID
used by CNS when Sam_Atom_Out'ing. Wouldn't this be pretty easy to fix?
