Dear All,
I have not done this before and I would like to know how:
I have a long synthetic peptide but with a subcell for the ASU. In
X-PLOR I
would like to connect the ends of the ASU so that it mimicks the actual
peptide. This means I need to connect my residue to the SYMMETRY related
chain coming into contact (symm is P212121). How would I go about
setting
the generate.inp file???

Thanks in advance for all the responses.

Balaji
