Thanks for the overwhelming response to my previous question. It seems as
though this is a far more common problem then I first thought. I shall be
better prepared next time.
By the way; I posted a question a while ago about the finite difference
Poisson - Boltzmann method for calculating the energy between two
interacting proteins. I've been told that this is only a qualitative
method, and the results are not that accurate. Does anyone know of a more
robust procedure available? I had no response last time.
