Dear crystal growers !
We are thinking about getting the Hoefer PI 8 Isoprime Multi-Chambered
Isoelectric Focusing Unit (distributed by Pharmacia). If anyone has such
a machine, we would appreciate it very much if we could here about its
performance. We are especially interested in its suitability to separate
protein isoforms for crystallization, of course.
