I'm using CNS 0.4 for MR and did a cross rotation function with the
fastdirect option. Normally with the old X-PLOR I would run filter.inp
to to the patterson correlation refinement. Looking at the input files
on the html documentation I can't find a filter.inp equivalent. It
doesn't appear that the cross_rotation.inp has PC ref. included in the
script . The nearest thing in the list of input files is
patterson_refine.inp for heavy atom sites, but it' s not setup for rf
results.
Anyone found out how to do it? I know it's supposed to be there
someplace since it's listed as a feature in Axel's Sept 98 paper in Act
Cryst Sec D on CNS.
