How to PC refine rf in CNS?

I am using CNS 0.4 to do MR and did a cross rotation function using the
fastdirect option. It ran fine but now I can't figure out how to do PC
refinement of my output. In old xplor you used to run filter.inp, but I
don't see that in the html docs example scripts and it doesn't look like
patterson_refine.inp does it. I think the program supports it (it's
discussed in Axel's Sept98 Acta Cryst D paper) but I can't find it and
no one in our lab has used CNS for MR yet. Looking at the end of the
cross_rotation.inp script it doesn't appear to be incorporated in the
example input script either.

Thanks.
