How to PC refine rf in CNS?

In CNS, the PC refinement step has been incorporated into the script
for the translation function.

I find this a little frusterating, even more frusterating
is that the translation script only outputs the one top translation
solution for each input rotation. It would be nice if this
could be modified in future versions to output a list of top
solutions.
