Dear All,
This is just a question borne purely out of curiosity. As far as I am
aware, the TIM barrel is the most prevalent fold in the PDB database.
However, I was wondering what the actual percentage of known structures
have this fold. I have been rather lazy and just tried SCOP (Cambridge)
but couldn't find anything there. Can someone please direct me to a web
page which has up-to-date statistics of the frequency of all the
different fold classifications.
Many Thanks
