Protein Fold Question

scop entries are indexed with five numbers seperated by a full stop; the numbers define the class, 
fold, super family, family and protein of the domain respetively. 

so grab the file with the list of all scop sequence, find the appropriate code and
grep-out TIM barrels...

it turns out that (unless I screwed up something) out of 9532 sequences in scop there are   
395 corresponding to TIM barrel fold (3.1.x.x.x)
