Charges on Ions

Hi Hopefully this is a very easy question for someone to answer.

I am using CNS to refine my structure and have inserted 2 Zn2+ ions
ito the model.
The question is do I need to turn the charge off when refining ?
If yes how do I do this in CNS ?
