The Abundance of Spam Mail

Have added the below address to one of my links pages -  
but main query is - how much spam do you tend to get after a posting?

I tend to average receiving one to ten spam mails a day but it is tends to 
be quite easy and quick to do "delete".   Are spammers more dedicated
at targetting US based Email addresses?
