Dear CNS users,
I had a parameter file (used with X-PLOR) wherein I had some patch
statements and the additional
parameters to keep my Rich and Crick geometry intact for the model. I
would like
to use this file now for CNS. I am unable to read it in as a second
parameter input file.
How can I convert this file to be useful with CNS??
All I want to do is to make sure that the helical model I have stays
that way (hbonding etc.)
Without it my refinement is going no-where and the model after
minimization is all distorted.
