can anyone direct me to resources that inform how to modify a pdb file
so that x-plor can receive it as input? or short of that, i would
gladly receive an email attachment with a sample file that works.
it is unclear to me how much of the information needs to be deleted
from the pdb file before submitting it to the generate script.
tutorials, advice... just about anything greatly appreciated.
