The current capping.top, capping.param and protein_capping.link from
cns on-line are examples for x-ray data; there are no protons.
I'm using NMR data to calculate structures of peptides that have
the N-terminal ACE capping and the C-terminal NH2 capping groups.
Can some one have the capping_allhdg.top, capping_allhdg.param and
capping_allhdg.link?
