I'm doing a peptide structure using xplor. This
peptide is cyclized not
through two cystidine's S-S bond, instead, it is
through a peptide bond,
i.e. from the N-terminal's atom N bonding to the
C-terminal's atom C.
The question is that I don't have patchs in the
parameter/topallogy files
to define such nter/cter connection.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
