OUTLINE:
1) The customer sends me a description of the new program.
2) I review the description and develop questions to get a clearer idea of
what your needs are. I develop the basic structure of the program, database
structure and send to the customer the first version of the program for
evaluation.
3) The customer evaluates and sends me any comments or needed corrections
etc.
4) I continue to develop the program sending you frequent updates in stages
as the program evolves. Updates are sent, on average, from once to three
times per week. You will receive the compiled program, all source codes, and
detailed documentation.
5) The customer has all copyrights of the developed software.
6) The customer pays my work bi-weekly. Fees vary on the complexity of the
program but are inexpensive $5-7 per hour).
There is NO CHARGE to develop any demonstration program to show you my
experience, skills and my methods to work with you together.
