CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Proposals are being accepted for the NIGMS protein crystallography beam line
X6A at the National Synchrotron Light Source, Brookhaven National
Laboratory, USA.
Beam time scheduling will start as early as March 1st, 2003 and will
continue through out the year.

X6A is a bending magnet beam line with a useful energy range from
6.5 to 20 keV (0.62 -1.91 A). The beam line optics was developed for the MAD
method and optimized single wavelength data collection. The beam line is
equipped with a Quantum ADSC 210 detector, a Crystal Logic Diffractometer
and an Oxford Cryosystem 700. A fully equipped laboratory for sample
handling is available on site.
