I've included a new version of my "ReAlign" program, which is in the
molecular biology software archive. The new version is re-written i C,
compiles under both Unix and Dos/Windows (and possible Mac) and is released
as Open Source under the GNU GPL.

The zip-file contains source only. I will provide Dos/Win and Linux binaries
as soon I get the chance.
